A Day in The Life of a Geek
It’s not easy being an expert in Computer Science.

Computer Science class was difficult yesterday. In addition to some major new algorithms, we tried to re-program some of the Java templates. Further, we discussed the World Wide Web’s communications infrastructure and whether a 100 Megabyte communication channel is satisfactory. We also argued about whether the syntax of the C programming language should be altered by the ISO. Optimization techniques for the Perl programming language were also discussed.

“Uh – excuse me. Can you tell me the way to the Chemistry Department?” asks the college girl.
“Chemistry Department?” responds the geek. “Er – well – Sure. But before I do I’d just like to explain a few OPTIMIZATION TECHNIQUES – I’m so sorry – my temperature just rose dramatically and I need my asthma medicine…”
