In terms of health issues, what you don’t know will probably hurt you.

I was reading an ad about an herbal capsule that promises a cure for diabetes, hypertension, cancer, obesity, everything. I was gung ho about it because hypertension runs in the family and I have it.

“Eureka!” I thought and felt a sudden rise in my blood pressure, my heart palpitating excitedly.

Reading further, I noticed the disclaimer “No Approved Therapeutic Claims” and that poured cold water on my agitated blood.
