An Introduction to Maui

Many times in history, great writers have had to collaborate efforts to produce great literary works. I have decided to start a series of articles where I will collaborate my efforts with my cat. I figure that an introduction to all the readers would be appropriate. Firstly, he would prefer not to be referred to as the cat. He goes by the name of Maui. Yes, the same as the Hawaiian island. Maui is around 25 years old in cat years. He is very productive in life. He sleeps about 20 hours a day to maximize the amount of energy that he stores. Maui is a very successful writer in his own rite. Most of his stories and tales are related orally because he finds it difficult to type or hold a pen. The lack of thumbs seems to be very frustrating for him. Nonetheless, he remains a genius among cats and rubber duckies. He will be collaborating on at least ten articles and possibly more if all goes well. Maui is up to date on many current events as he spends numerous hours each day watching the news. Unlike other cats, Maui does not find much interest in catnip, but laser pointers do annoy the heck out of him. Maui will providing readers with priceless insights into not only cat life but also human behavior. Maui is very observant of the world around him and can give us some critical unbiased comments on life in general. So now that everyone has been introduced to Maui as a writer, I hope everyone enjoys his articles.

I read the article of the cat food first so I did not know Maui was a he. I will not ask to see a picture because you may have posted one on other articles I have not read yet. You should proof your articles better before you submit them though. I see multiple errors in this one.
