The tree out back split down the dang middle the other nite and landed mostly in the neighbors yard. While the landlord, his entourage and I cleaned up the mess, this little beak face was shiverin his tail off on the ground. Don’t know what it is.. but I call him Julio Beak and he whines (guess he don’t like my choice of names… rolling my eyes)!
Well I have had him since Wednesday nite, everyone said he would die soon, and dang if it isn’t like what I have always thought of as someone else’s Job! Wants to just eat, poop (squirt yetch!), and sleep!

He’s outside gettin some rays at to mo, so he doesn’t know I am talkin bad about his little tookus!  Every nite now he has dang near froze to death, so I have been bringing him in the last few.  I microwaved all his blankets last nite and got them all toasty, musta been too warm cuz he clawed his way to the top of the heap and then overnite got cold again. I put him in the oven this mornin…. and he cheered right up!

Julio is a fighter, I admire his courage ( I mean living with a wild woman has got to be tuff on the Brat.) He is eatin out of a spoon cuz  I am not chewing bugs and worms and regurgitating them for him!!! Had the syringe thing goin… but man he takes forever to chew, hahahahahhahaha

Kwap! I cant seem to keep the little Brat warm unless I make a sling and he rests on my rack (chest). Do birds Breast Feed???  Yikes!!!  Now I know how these people I see with doggie coats and boots overindulge.

This is a Serious Life Lesson, I gotta keep the little Brat ALIVE!!

Alas…. I am off to make a Baby Bird genuine Down Comforter! Am I hooked or what!
