Friendface: A Parody of Facebook
Friendface is a intelligent parody of Facebook from the British IT crowd show. This video featured in the episode five of the season 3, show how social networks work from another view.
In these days everyone use social networks, the social sites are growing like weed. No one surprise if even your grandmother have MySpace or Facebook, for that I think this video can be familiar for fun.
More than a parody this is how social sites works, but from another view a particular one. I like so much the analogy of a social network with germs, and mixed with commercial phrases like “Just think about love and companionship and everything is fine”. This make me laugh a lot, for that I’m sharing hoping you feel the same.
This is the opening of the episode, if you see the entire episode of Friendface you will see the characters addicted, without sleep, and founded by undesired old lovers and high school dudes.
The IT Crowd is a funny British sitcom, so you can check the IT Crowd in channel 4 or watch it online @4oD.
That site even exists! and works! but is more a promotion for the show.

lol. More people are doing social networking more than doing things online these days. Like Joni said it’s the thing of our time. It’s also the thing that’s getting people in trouble rather in a relationship or not and cyberbulling. Thanks for sharing.
