Step 1:

On windows xp, right click the mouse on the desktop as the pic shows below.

Step 2:

Left click the mouse on properties. A dialog window will come up. Drag this to the centre of the screen. The picture below shows this.

Step 3:

Press the print screen button on your keyboard, you may have to hold down the (FN key) as well.

Open up paint, which comes with windows.

Maximise the window.

Make sure your mouse is active inside the paint work environment . Hold down control and press the letter (V). This will add your screen capture to the paint program environment, as shown below.

Step 4:

Select file from the paint menu on the top left hand corner, As shown below.

Step 5:

Click Set As Background (Centered). You will be prompted to save the image first before setting as background, as shown below.

Step 6:

Click and save as untitled, as shown below.

Step 7:

Close down paint and you are done. You will see the dialog in the centre of the screen.

This is a good joke to play on people. I had my brother and many friends rebooting there computer many times to see, if he could clear the dialog and clicking like mad.
