Pop-ups. One of the most annoying subjects that I will ever talk about. Every 5-10 minutes,especially if i’m surfing the web, an advertisement how i could win a Nintendo Wii for FREE!!! or how i could get a MacAir finds its way into my computer and onto my monitor where I promptly delete it. I mean honestly do these people think that someone is stupid enough to believe that they could win a free Tv or Game System! just by clicking on a link. There are pop-ups for stupid advertisements like those, pop-ups to game websites, pop-ups to shoot 10 chickens for a free PS3, pop-ups about people who somehow went from 400 lbs just by obeying 2 simple rules, and pop-ups for people who got rich off their computer and need to brag about it. Oh and the new thing is the pop-ups that start an audio clip BEFORE they show up on the screen. I’m sitting at home doing homework when all of a sudden, my computer starts talking about how to make money on online surveys (which is almost impossible believe me) but there is no pop-up! Within a few seconds the pop-up eventually did show up but I mean come on! They just prevented me from getting an A in algebra. And that is what grinds my gears.
