This exact thing happened to Julie Boyde on her Honeymoon of all days. Julie and Mike had been dating for 2 years but had always practised safe sex, which was until their wedding night, when they decided to do it skin to skin, whilst the loving was going on poor Julie ended up feeling ill, with unbearable pain.
They found out the hard way that Julie was allergic to her new husbands sperm and her body had set up camp to kill it all, this was the way her bodies defence worked by destroying all the sperm making it impossible for Julie to ever conceive.
The couple must have been devastated at the time but have since decided to adopt, and good luck to them.
This allergic reaction is named seminal plasma hypersensitivity, its very rare but reports show some women have even died of it in the past while having unprotected sex. If that doesn’t make you use a condom I don’t know what will.
Seminal plasma hypersensitivity or semen allergy is rare but not impossible.
SYMPTOMS INCLUDE
Vaginal itching
Vaginal redness
Vaginal swelling
Vaginal blistering
Vaginal pain
If any of these occur right away or with minutes of having normal sexual intercourse it would be best to get it checked out by your doctor.
TREATMENT
Desensitisation therapy and allergy injections containing a small amount of the male’s seaman are used. The couple then have to have sex at least every 48 hours, so it’s not all bad!
How you would go about testing to see if your new partner or the one you want to have children with has got sperm your vagina likes, well I suppose you go either just go for it and see what happens or get the doc to inject you a few times before committing your life to that person.
The sensible thing would be to go and talk to your doctor about any fears or worries.

Seriously, that’s crazy. I’ve heard of guys being able to change characteristics of their sperm according to what they eat, but I’ve never in my life heard of sperm allergies before.
