Part 2 of How to survive a zombie invasion

Part 1  You will encounter humans as well in the zombie war. There will be many types of personalities you will have to deal with.

1. Brigands/Thieves Often you will deal with these. If by yourself hide/run try to stay away from these. You can also if you are in a group defend against them. Sometimes you can just trade with them. But avoid them because they will almost always steal or forcibly take something from you.

2. “Robinson Crusoe’s”

Sometimes when you go into other towns you will meet 1 2 or 3 sole survivors who often think they are the last people on the earth. They are usually good people and will give you supplies and shelter. They often will join up with you to form a band.

3.  Civilian Militia

Often found in groups of 15 to 50 these are groups of rag tag men and women that fight the undead. They usually roam around. They are a good defense against Thieves and the Undead due to the large size of the group. They often have a leader and a command system.

4.  Mercenaries

Most are alone or work in small groups headed by an unofficial leader. They offer there services for a fee of food and stuff they want. If you are holding out in a home these guys can save you. Most mercenaries are ex-soldiers.

5. Merchant

Usually works in groups of 3 or 4. They usually travel from safe zone to safe zone bringing supplies with them selling supplies to the random survivor. Brigands often target these.

6. Builder

Often comes with merchant they often will help you build protection from zombies for a small fee of food or water or ammo.

7. Average Joe

Protect at all costs You have to repopulate the earth some day. no offense to any girls reading this.

Part 2

Group tactics to fight Zombies

1. Sniper Tactic

Get a group of 10 snipers in a high zombie unreachable area make loud noises and attract the zombies. Snipe them to death

2. Animal Tactic

Put a live animal in a cage in a infested area all the zombies will crowd around the animal. Shoot the zombies.

3.  Line tactic

Build some sort of hallway and draw zombies into it set up an auto-shotgun and mow them down 1 by 1.

4. Tower Tactic 

Similar to the Sniper Tactic except on a tower.

Part 3 

Improvised Weapons

Occasionally you will run out of ammo and a lone zombie will walk towards you. You reach for the handgun but don’t have time to reload. 

1. Chairs great to knock out the zombie 

2. Kitchen Knives They are too small to kill a zombie normally unless stuck in between the eyes. 

3. Nets You can use these to tangle up the clumsy zombie.

4. Exercise Weights Throw at zombie at head to instantly kill.

5. Dishes Only as a last resort the noise of the Dishes breaking will attract other zombies.

In general try to think when selecting an improvised weapon consider these 

1. Will it kill the zombie?

2. Will it disable it?

3. Is it easy to use?

Part 4.

Things to bring if on the run

1. Preferred Weapon Gun/Sword etc

2. Some sort of Transportation Bike or Motorbike work the best unless in a group.

3. Side arm Pistol or Sawn off Shotgun

4. Hunting Knife

5. Dried Food 

6. All Weather Jacket 

7. First Aid Kit

8. Ammo for guns

9. Basic Repair Tools for Bike or Motor Bike: Pump,Wrench,etc

10. Water Canteen

11. Mess kit and Propane Stove

12. Sleeping Pills 

13. Iodine Pills for Water Sanitation

14. Large Backpack

Part 5

Tips when you are on the run

1. Travel By Day

2. When night falls climb into a zombie inaccessible place such as a tree or the roof of a house.

3. Get rid of all unnecessary items.

4. Make your pistol ammo same as your main gun will save you ammo.

5. Grenades are great for suicide if bitten.

6. If you are bitten on limb your have a chance of surviving if you amputate the limb immediately.

7. Anyone can outrun a zombie just don’t waste your energy save it for later.

8. Traveling with a small group is best. Around 4 to 7 any bigger the group will attract lots of zombies.

Part 6

Building a fortress.

What you will need

1. 10 to 20 survivors

2. Building Material (can be found at home depot)

3. Weapons

4. Food

5. Water

6. Gasoline 

7. Generator

8. A place to build a fortress

9. An iron will.

Places to build a fortress

1. Wall mart- Seal back exit and use roof as garden. Put up look out towers and install generators. Get as much clean tap water as possible before sewers fail. Install plumbing so you can have a working toilet.

2. Costco- See Wall mart

3. Home Depot-See Wall mart.

4. Office Tower- Get rid of bottom stairs and barricade. Farm Roof

5. Military Base- Reinforce Fences and Barricade Front Gates You will need much more survivors to maintain a Military Base.

6. Prison- Everything is already there just reinforce it and also farm on the prison watch out for inmate zombies though.

7. Large Apartments- See Office Tower

For all set up turrets to defend building. Also set up a radio station to broadcast to other survivors and the government to save you proably

Part 7

Best Guns for Invasion

1. 12 gauge shot gun

2. AK-47

3. .22 Rifle

4. Any Bolt Action Rifle

5. Any Shotgun

6. Scilenced SMG
