A humorous play on a traditional sing-along.

On the 1st day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…an initial assessment for free.
On the 2nd day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 3rd day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 4th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 5th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 6th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 7th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…seven laps of swimming, six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 8th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…eight protein bars, seven laps of swimming, six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 9th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…nine classes of dancing, eight protein bars, seven laps of swimming, six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 10th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…ten steps for leaping, nine classes of dancing, eight protein bars, seven laps of swimming, six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 11th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…eleven muscles screaming, ten steps for leaping, nine classes of dancing, eight protein bars, seven laps of swimming, six aerobics classes, five Gold’s Gym passes, four wake up calls, three sets of squats, two lifting gloves, and an initial assessment for free.
On the 12th day of Fitness, my trainer gave to me…12 sizes smaller!
