1. Never wear a brown paper bag over your head during Halloween. It doesn’t look sinister. It just looks dumb.
2. Never walk up to a darkened house during Halloween unless you want to be bitten by a ferocious dog.
3. Give generously during Halloween or be prepared for a soap and wax job.
4. Do not wear a Barack Obama mask unless you are carrying your birth certificate.
5. If you want to dress as Death, put on a Dick Cheney mask.
6. Frankenstein masks are out. Lord Voldemort masks are in.
