For girls, you pretty much have to take Ugly Betty as an example. Don’t you find her hot? Ok, what am I saying here? Anyway, follow these few golden rules and you will find yourself a new identity.

Wear Thick-Framed Glasses

Whether you are reading a book or just walking around, always wear a pair of thick-framed glasses. First off, you get to look so studious the mum next door will love you to bits. Second off, you ward off any form of trouble. No one wants to harm a harmless-looking kiddo eh? And the cool thing is, you don’t need to be short-sighted to wear one. Just be on a look out wherever you go. You don’t want to bump into a wall. Or worse, get punched in the eye. Right?

Carry A Book Wherever You Go

Need I say more? Why lose your chance to be a scholar of your own? Grab a book of any size and just bring it wherever you go. Firstly, it boosts your studious look by a great percentage. Secondly, the book actually acts as a shield. Whether you are shielding yourself from sunlight, or from the pouring rain, a book always comes in handy. It is all the more useful if you get to see someone familiar and you are just not in the mood to show your nerdy self. But honestly, there is nothing to be ashamed of. Stay true to yourself.

Show Off your Mega-watt Smile

Smile. Yes. Smile. Besides showing a courteous side of you, you make everyone like you. No one will blame a kid who is just too polite. Everyone likes a smile. A smile can brighten up anyone’s day. And hey, you actually get to work your jaw muscles when you smile! You don’t have to pay to go to the gym for that, right? However, here’s the catch. See that word “Mega-watt” over at the title?
