Seven Labels Against Stupidity
Funny warning found on labels.
In my surfing the Internet, I happen to come across something really strange nearly everyday. It’s where I find a little humor outside of my children. The following seven labels have funny warnings.
- On a bottle of medication for a dog, the warning label states they should use care when operating a car. Guess my chauffeur is going to be out for the day.
- On a Bellsouth Yellow Pages, the warning states: “Caution: Please do not use this directory while operating a moving vehicle.” Since I am driving today, maybe the dog can read it to me.
- There is a warning for people who would like the make the winning lottery ticket look it best on the day we cash in: “Do not iron”
- Whenever you go to check to make sure your fuel in your jet ski, remember the warning label: “Never use a lit match or open flame to check fuel level.”
- Just in case of a time where you feel you need to clean the bathroom and yourself at the same time, just remember that listed on a Scrubbing Bubble Fresh Brush it states “Do not use for personal hygiene.” This one I had to check the package. I have in the house just to see it, and so have no fear because the refill packages states the same warnings.
- A warning on a cell phone reminds us of our manners, as it states very clear “Be careful of bad language on this mobile phone, because a partner’s feeling is going to be bad. Let’s keep mobile manners.” Listed by Sony Ericsson on the C1002S
- Finally number one, an American clothing label whose product is sold in France as well listed their label in English and French. The same washing instruction where listed in French followed by “We are sorry that our president is an idiot, we did not voted for him”
