Things You Should Do in Private
Many of us forget that no matter what we do and where we are, someone may be watching us.
Here are some things we should all please try to do in private.
- Pull your underwear out from where it’s not supposed to be.
- Floss your teeth.
- Clear your throat by making that almost-choking noise.
- Check for underarm odor.
- Adjust your bra.
- Argue loudly while on the phone.
- Burp loudly.
- Let go of your gases.
Many people like to read just their undies. Excuse yourself to the bathroom or lock yourself in your office where you can do this in complete privacy.
Please don’t floss or clean your teeth while still at the dinner table. This is not nice to look at and you free-spitting the food or debris that you flossed off is three times as gross.
You will need to excuse yourself to the bathroom or maybe even outside in order carry this one out.
If you think it’s time to reapply your deodorant, do your sniff test when you are alone.
Nobody likes to see a woman adjusting “the girls”. Find a great fitting bra and let it do the work for you.
If you need to settle something with someone, please excuse yourself to a place where nobody can hear you. This is not the time to show how “macho” you can be. Instead you are showing what a big fool you are. People don’t want to hear about your problems when they have plenty of their own.
Many are very nonchalant about this and tend to burp freely at the dinner table. This is very rude and not acceptable. If you suffer from a condition where you tend to burp a lot especially after a meal, be sure to take your medication. Try to avoid the foods that make you burp too much. It’s always better to be on the safe side.
You definitely must go to the bathroom for this one! Please don’t think that your gases won’t smell. You may be wrong and end up clearing out the restaurant. The sound and smell of flatulence is never welcomed at the dinner table.
Most of these are common sense but we sometimes tend to overlook them. Next time, don’t forget to do private things in private.
