The most ponderous things, now with answers to satisfy the void of the wonder.
Not ponderous as in heavy, ponderous as in like things to ponder.

1.If the #2 pencil is the most popular, why is it still #2?

The answer: It is the #2 because it uses numbers to determine how soft the granite lead is in the pencil.

2.Why don’t psychics predict the winning lottery numbers and retire?

The answer: Who knows if they are true psychics? Even if they are, most
psychics only predict the future to people, not to other objects.

3.What happens if you drive at the speed of light and turn your head lights on?

The answer: You couldn’t do that,as matter can not (at least at this time) can’t
travel this fast without many obstacles that science has that would slow you down.
If you really could go at this speed, you probably wouldn’t see any light at all,
not even the headlights.

4.If it is illegal to drink and drive, why do bars have parking lots?

The answer: It is not illegal to have parking lots in bar areas. Also, there
is many substantial reasons why you could have some in a bar, including:
there could be a sober driver, maybe you have to pick up someone from the bar,
the bartender needs somewhere to park, doesn’t he/she?

5.Why do we call it a hamburger when it is made from beef?

The answer: We call it hamburger(s) because it (from what I understand)
originated from a city in Germany, Hamburg. It was simply named for its city,
not its contents.

6.Why do croutons come in airtight packages?

The answer: While croutons are just stale bread, they need to be airtight so that no
organisms, germs, or viruses get into it, especially if they would harm the
 consumer.

7.If work is so terrific, how come they have to pay you to do it?

The answer:They pay you for work to reward you for  job well-done. Work as we
know it is not terrific, we just need it to survive and progress through life.

8.can vegetarians eat animal crackers?

The answer: Yes they can, as it did not come from an animal and is not a meat.
Some may chose not to though, as they may have faces and are shaped like animals.

9.how do they get the ship in the bottle ?

The answer: They usually use little tong like things to put pieces carefully together in the bottle.
They might also glue them together by putting glue on pieces and using tongs to put them together.

10. Why doesn’t glue stick to the bottle?

The answer:There is no air in the bottle, so the water in the glue stays put. When the glue is
outside of the bottle there is air, and the water evaporates, leaving the glue stuck
to the object it was on. Some powerful glues even have slick bottles so it can
slide out easy with no stick on the bottle.
