Diabetes is not a sickness, it is a state of health where after the over enjoyments and too much fun you have, with sweets and avoiding painful body exercises, this is what you get and deserved for.

It is a kind of reward, although some people inherited them from their kins (how lucky of them!), others just acquired them as a gift for themselves.

Now how do you get this kind of reward? Easy..

Do you like sweets? thats right, sweets.. those little candies from the store which you are nibbling given as freebies could be a nice start. Don’t be too picky, eat it all up! if you can take five candies at once, boy you could be early receiving the rewards. And don’t you walk home, if possible ride a bus or a car, if the store is near.. try a motorcycle, don’t you ever strain your feet. Walking produces sweat, this is an indication that your body is burning those sweets inside you, you don’t  want to waste it don’t you?

Now drink those softdrinks, and don’t you worry, there is a lot of softdrinks that are in store for you, you just name it and it is there. The rewards you could be earning can not be given to you if you are not going to overdrink it. Go ahead! drink, it’s satisfyingly good!

Now watch your weight, gaining weight is essential! Eat fats, its a ticket too! picture this, steamingly hot, smelly  nice meat! over eat! if you feel a full stomach, just take a rest, its just the muscle stretching! after that you could eat again. The many intake the sooner the rewards.

You must also learn to smoke! smoking is cool! It is a test if your lungs are strong! and drink lots of alcohol too! Smoking and Drinking (Do it with gusto!) when overdone together is a sure winner.

Remember, diabetes is not just something, it is everything! Its a reward! Don’t you ever lose that reward! so called diet is impossible! And who knows? if you get that reward early in you life, it means you have overdone and enjoyed every sweet minute of your young life.
