Playboy Creator Hugh Hefner Dead at 84

The original playboy…

Hugh Hefner Dead at 84

To say that Hugh Hefner lived a charmed life is to say that Bill Gates has a few bucks in the bank.  The man who created Playboy magazine finally moved on to the Playboy mansion in the sky Monday night, ending what may very well be the most envied life in the history of man. (and, I’m sure, a few women)

No official report has been released as of yet, but apparently he left us as only Hugh Heffner could; entertaining several of the Playboy Bunnies he spent the majority of his life surrounded by.

In the overall scheme of things, Hugh Hefner may be the only man to be remembered for (and only for) a lifetime of pure debauchery.  He has, over the years, donated significant amounts of money to the cause of furthering and supporting the rights provided by the first ammendment.

His last major move was to donate nearly a million dollars to the world saving the Hollywood sign.

But for the most part, Hugh Hefner will be remembered after his death for one thing; Playboy Bunnies.  Lots and lots of Playboy Bunnies.

Hugh Hefner was 84 years old when he died.

Author’s note:  while parody, it is food for thought.  This is the legacy of a hero?  Object to the article if you wish, but hey… you’re the one who clicked it.
