Sumo Wrestlers Attend an Etiquette Convention
It is important for everyone – including sumo professionals – to exercise proper etiquette.

When shaking hands with another businessperson, always remember to establish rapport. Dress is crucial: ensure that you know whether the meeting is business professional dress or business casual.

Don’t attempt an introduction unless you are sure of the person’s name. Name badges should be worn when appropriate. Gossip is never consistent with proper business etiquette. Make sure to present important selling points first in any marketing meetings or conferences.

Always use the appropriate title for an individual. To do otherwise may cause unnecessary offense. Never present an out-of-date business card; always make sure that all information on the card is accurate and current.
