Isn’t it amazing how an apple tree has made it’s way from the fields to our refrigerators and in our pies? My neighbor has three apple trees and i find myself sometimes watching in amazement as he de-bugs, prunes and waters these trees in spring and fall. 

I sometimes wonder if these trees have knowledge of his wrong doings or maybe they know his deepest darkest secrets. Maybe it’s  blackmail!  I guess it could be explained in terms of trade or negotiations that the tree usually gets the better of.  Oh!! fruit of my labor….now i get it! The apple tree gets my vote for survival technique of the year, but your not fooling me pal!
