Three Reasons Why You Should Not Employ Anyone
This short article is the result of twenty-five years research with employees in advertising, manufacturing and servicing industries, commerce and the Arts. If you see yourself in any or all of the reasons, you should resign or retire as soon as possible.
MESSAGE TO EMPLOYERS EVERYWHERE
This is a categorical list and so if you see yourself somewhere on it please retire, resign or run away as you are not fit to employ people.
REASON 1 WHY YOU SHOULD NOT EMPLOY PEOPLE
You are stupid. Stupid people should not employ anyone because the chances are some if not all will be more intelligent than them. This will lead to resentment on behalf of the employer and make for an unpleasant working environment for the employee. REASON 2 WHY YOU SHOULD NOT EMPLOY ANYONE
You are inadequate. If you are inadequate you should not employ anyone because the chances are some or all of your employees have more about them than you. REASON 3 WHY YOU SHOULD NOT EMPLOY ANYONE
You are rude. Surely you do not need me to explain why you shouldn’t employ anyone if you are rude. I will anyway. Rude bosses always get their comeuppance – one of your employees or one of your many ex-employees is bound to make sure you do. Thank you for your article. I have read it several times over the Christmas break. Like Randy above I now see that I have no right employing people – I am simply not up to it. My previous company went into liquidation and I started a new company earlier this year (2007) that is already going nowhere. I\’d like to know what you think I should do after I close down this company. Please write another informative article as soon as possible.
