You Don’t Need a Fancy Bed to Go Sleep
Don’t bother wasting your money on a king’s sized bed to get decent sleep.
Countless times I’ve seen ads on TV advertising new beds. Then they lure you with a group of cheesy actors to sell their product.
Getting a decent good night’s sleep does not entirely depend on the bed itself. Take a lesson from your cat, or your neighbour’s cat. They can sleep almost anywhere! 
- Don’t eat anything with sugar before going to sleep. This includes chocolate, small sweets or fizzy drinks. Or else, you’ll find yourself waking up every 10minutes in praise of morning.
- Not feeling quite tired? In nature, we humans need sleep to restore our strength after a long day’s hard of work. If you struggle yourself to go to sleep, do something that would require some effort. Not the best idea, but still works.
- Sleeping pills – works, but there are always those who take more than they need to…
- Read a Book – have a small light to help you read in a sundown mood. Read for about half an hour, put the book away and you’ll find yourself asleep. Just don’t forget to turn of the bed light!
- Ring a friend to sing them a lullaby for you – may sound ridiculous and childish, but hey – there’s always a first time for everything!
