A New Yoker Jokes

A New Yorker had an important meeting scheduled in Cleveland.

A very hard sleeper, he was concerned about waking up in the time to get off at the right stop.

To protect himself, he told the porter:

”I want you to be sure I get off in Cleveland.

When this train stops, get me off this train. I’m an animal when I’m awaked, so you may have some trouble.

 I will yell and scream. But make certain I get off.

I will stretch, I will hit, I will bite – but get me off!!”

In the morning, the man woke up to find that he was in Chicago.

Fuming, he ran to the porter and berated him, using every curse word known to man.

The porter said:

”Mister, you have some temper. But nothing like guy I threw off in Cleveland!”
