Mobile Phone Found in the Stomach of a Cod

A salesman who lost his mobile phone, was utterly amazed when he found it back in the stomach of a cod.

The 45 year old Andrew Cheatle told the press that he was been playing with his dog in the sea, last week. “The telephone probably fell out of my pocket, in the sea.”

While Andrew was in the shop looking for a new mobile phone, his 33 year old girlfriend received a phone call. “Your old mobile phone is calling me!” said Rita Smith. It was a fisher calling. The fisher said he found the phone that morning in the stomach of a big cod.

At first, the mobile phone did not function anymore, but it worked again when the fisher put his own SIM-card on the mobile phone. The salesman did not believe his ears, but still went looking. “My telephone was still functioning after a week. It just stinks and it’s a bit damaged.” Andrew did not buy a new telephone.

If he switched out the SIM card, it wouldn’t show the same number for the Caller ID, and thus the girlfriend can’t have known that it was his old phone calling.

    Busted.

Hideous, why is this so hard to believe? Just because the phone number would be different doesn’t mean that this story is complete BS. Whoe’s to say that after putting in the different SIM card, the fisherman just went through the address book that is stored on the phone, and not on the SIM card, called the girlfriend. The girlfriend then called the guy who lost the phone.

Why does everything have to be some sort of crazy conspiracy?

Yeah, it has happened for real, though.
I rewrote this article from a news paper.
