A selection of crazy laws from the US.
- In Vermont a woman must obtain written permission from her husband to wear false teeth
- In Kentucky it is illegal to carry a concealed weapon over six foot long
- In Ohio it is illegal to get a fish drunk
- In Alabama it is illegal to drive any vehicle whilst blindfolded.
- In San Fransisco if you are walking an elephant down Market Street you must keep it on a leash.
- In Denver the dog catcher must notify dogs of their impending impoundment by posting notices on trees along a public road.
- In Woodville Connecticut it is illegal to play scrabble while waiting for a politician to speak.
- In Florida if you attempt to commit suicide and fail you are free, but if you succeed you have committed a felony and may be sent to jail.
- In Kansas if two trains approach each other at a crossing they must both come to a halt, and neither may start again until the other one has gone.
- And in Maryland it is illegal to take a lion to the movies.

I bet these took some digging up but by no means was it a worthless effort.
It makes you wonder what educated idiots made up such stupid laws?
I’d like to see the dude that can carry a concealed 6 foot weapon – and what kind of a weapon is 6 feet long!!!??
Wow these are pretty crazy. But i bet some idiot went out and did one of these crazy things and thats why they decided they had to be laws but #s 8 and 9 are totally idiotic… Funny

I think the law dealing with a concealed weapon over six feet in length had to have been made approximately around the 17oo’s when rifles were this size…just guessing, here, since it could have been before the Revolutionary War. ^-^

The USA is clearly falling apart, we have all these breuracrats making these crazy laws as if to say, “Ha, I made a law” and I have to live in it!
