Are Whales Killing Submarines?
Are whales and submarines killing each other? A small article about this interesting subject.
Submarines and whales find their way through the deep dark ocean in very much the same way.
Whales, using natural bodily functions and organs, send out a high frequency sound into the deep dark waters and then the sound is transferred back through the water to a organ found in the nose of the whale.

Judging by the angle the sound returned to and how long it took the whale then has a clear picture in its brain of its surrounding.

A submarine uses the exact same system but the picture i brought back into the submarine as a dot on a screen.

We have all heard of the whales suffering terribly from this but have we ever thought that possibly the submarines may be suffering too?
In 2002 a submarine was approached in the Southern Ocean near Japan by a whale at high speeds and was forced to retreat very quickly away from the whale.
The whales are well known to be able to communicate just like their cousin the dolphins, so was the
submarine submitting signals wich the whale confused fro another whale’s challenge?
Or possibly, is the whale just as harmful to the submarine as the submarine is to the whale?
Or possibly the submarines signals somehow enfuriated the whale?
Or maybe it was simply a whale asking for a fight, challenging us humans.
Whatever the cause this is simply mor eof a reason so stop submarines and
