Cash for clunkers was recently made and i think that it is a bad idea, but furst let me tell you about it. Cas for clunkers is a program that you can turn in a broken down car in for a bunch of money. Just so you know though most of these car are drivable and very useful. Let me tell you a little more about this progam.

This program is a big huge waste of money. Obama and the others have recently signed a bill to pay 2 billion to this program for further expansion of this company. this is 2 billion we could have used on roads, schools and enviromental friendly was of transportation. This is why this program is a waste of alot of money.

This is also a huge pollution addition. The so called “Clunkers” are actually working cars with a much bigger purpose to transport people from point a to b but now a days people want more cash than service. Buy putting these cars into the landfill you are adding to an already growing waste problem. Did i not hear obama say that he would cut pollution down not add to it. This is why is a pollution problem.

The last part of this program is its a press relations stunt. The government wasnts to fool people into that the government will give you prizes and take care of you for every little thing you dont need. This also fools people into beleiving that we are not in this economy problem and so the people wont be breathing down there necks. This is also why it is a problem

do you really want to aid in the pollution of yours and other countries. If you dont, try to keep your old car as bad as it is or tear it apart and recycle it.
