Eight Things Not to Say
Things you never want to say to a person with bipolar disorder. Especially while they are in a bad mood.
1. Are you having a Bipolar moment?
Response: No, I am having a Bipolar LIFE, you just came in at the wrong moment.
2. Just get over it!
Response: Gee, why didn’t I think of that?
3. If you don’t stop crying I’ll give you a reason to cry.
Response: I have a reason, I just don’t know what it is at the moment.
4.Things will look better tomorrow.
Response: Great, so what am I supposed to do until then?
5. You don’t look bipolar.
Response: Iam so sorry, I forgot to put on my caution, bipolar in progress sign.
6. Snap out of it.
Response: again… Gee, why didn’t I think of that.
7. It’s all in your head.
Response: Um, DUH! No kidding.
8. Are you in a bad mood?
Response: Only for people who ask me stupid questions.

These are funny. I’m not sure if they were supposed to be though… good work.
No…..these was not meant to be funny at all because alot of bipolar people hear this alot and hates it I am sure. For those who doesn\’t have this disorder, they have no clue on how we are feeling. And questions like that is really un-necessary as they cannot comprehend how we really are feeling.Tomorrow maybe better for us yes,but we have to get through today\’s bad spell first.
These were meant as a funny look at what I would “like” to say at times, but know that I can not. I try not to take myself or my disorder too seriously.
