1. Trees

Trees are beautiful for so many reasons. They are what keep us breathing, they feed what we eat or in some cases are what we eat. Trees have made it onto my list of ambience because of their sounds, colours and smell. When sitting in a forest of trees with a slight bit of wind, trees make the experience breath taking just because of the overall effect that the atmosphere provides. Trees truly are an atmospheric delight.

2. Waterfalls

Waterfalls are candy to the eye. Naturally falling water is a sight that can be experienced again and again and the novelty of it never wears off. The sound of water falling down and hitting the water at the bottom is a treat for the ears as well. Waterfalls are as appealing to the eye as they are appealing to the senses. Sounds and the motion of naturally falling water is what sealed waterfalls on my list of ambience.

3. Clouds

Clouds are the cotton candy of the sky. When placed on a soft bed of blue sky, clouds a definite ambient scene. lying on the grass alone or with another is best experienced with big white fluffy clouds floating above way a way out of reach. Viewing clouds in silence is an excellent ambient scene. Trying to fit shapes to clouds or just staring endlessly into a sea of clouds truly has an atmospheric emotion that can only be described as ambient.

4. The Sun

The sun. A glowing ball of fire that lights our earth. The sun is magical in the way that it lights things to their utter most peak of beauty. Whether it be water, the sky or even a crowded city the sun sets the mood to however bright it is. Early in the morning and late in the afternoon is when the sun shows its most beautiful colours. Oranges, purples and reds being shone on clouds, the ocean and vast landscapes. This makes the sun an excellent ambient mood setter.

5. The moon

The partner to the sun, setting the ambient mood when the sun is away sleeping. The Moon. The moon is a radiating circle up away in the sky. shrouded by clouds or on its own the moon is beautiful. Varying from a musky yellow to a bright grey-ish white the moon holds many magical moments, staring at the moon is a true pleasure for the eyes. The moon is best experienced with a partner or someone you have a crush on. There is a strange romance about a floating ball in the sky so why not experience it’s ambience with some you like.
