Five Ways to Drink Tea
Five Ways to Drink Tea.
1. In a mug
Well obviously this is the best way to drink tea. But the question is… what type of mug? Bone china? Novelty easter egg mug? The answer is clear, the best mug to drink tea from is a large, deep white cup (not in fact a mug I know) in a cafe…
2. Through a straw
This is a bit pointless but has the distinct advantage of encouraging young children, perhaps riding about on small bikes, to drink tea. Especially if it’s one of those twirly colourful straws you can get from any good supermarket.
3. Lapping it up like a cat from a saucer
This is very messy but works very well if you’re a cat.
4. Asking a friend to take a large gulp and then kiss you, transfering the tea between the two of you
I wouldn’t do this personally. It has the advantage of being an excuse to snog a close friend who you’ve liked for ages, but has the disadvantage of pouring hot tea all down both of your fronts which kind of ruins the moment.
5. Mixing the tea with champagne, shaking the bottle up and then celebrating F1 style
This is quite fun, which is always a plus point, but has the disadvantage of tasting horrible. Maybe you’ll be too drunk at the end to remember what it tasted like, but it’s not worth the effort.
Have you any more ideas?
