Numerology Today

1. Kabbalah, which means gaining knowledge spiritually through the mind and soul. This is developed from the Hebrew alphabet by Hebrew mystics. It has only 22 vibrations ranging from 1 to 400. Adapted from the Greek alphabet, it was later adapted for the Roman alphabet. A new Kabbalah has been developed for the modern Roman alphabet using Pythagorean methods, but it deals with events rather than people.

2. Chaldean, developed in Ancient Babylon combining Kabbalistic name interpretation with certain aspects of astrology. Also considering the number 9 a holy number, keeping it apart from other vibrations, except when it totals the sum of vibrations as in a person’s name. Single numbers show outer aspects and double digits represent the inner influences.

3. Pythagorean, by the Greek mathematician and metaphysician, Pythagoras. He brought two disciplines together, and it is similar to the Chaldean method. Pythagorean numerology analyses the name and birth date, noting the interaction between them.

Fun Time

Basic vibrations are from 1 to 9. Numbers above 9 can be reduced to primary numbers by adding them together.

For example, 12, 21 and 30 are “3s”, because 1+2 = 3, 2+1 = 3 and 3+0 = 3. Numbers 11 and 22 are not reduced to single digits. They are called master vibrations. Bearing that in mind it is easy to find out what is your lucky and unlucky number.

Write down a birth date in number form, e.g.. 22-8-1947.

Now add the numbers together to find the total, 2+2+8+1+9+4+7 = 33.

Now add the 3s together, 3+3 = 6. This is the lucky number for all people born on the 22nd of August 1947.

By subtracting the lucky number from the largest primary number 9, you will find the unlucky number. In the above case 9 – 6 leaves all those born on the 22nd of August 1947 with 3 as their unlucky number.

One or two things to remember when using a numerological chart. The numbers 11 and 22 are master vibrations and not reduced when doing calculations. These vibrations can be reduced by the way the person lives and turn 11 into the worst of 2, also turning 22 into the rigid 4. Also you must remember to treat the consonant “Y” as a vowel when there are no vowels in the name.
