How to Do a Backflip

Instructions Below.

Step 1: Equip yourself with loose fitting clothing, which will allow you to jump and rotate approximately three hundred and sixty degrees backwards while in the air.

Step 2: Locate a digital video camera of a resolution which is suitable for immediate upload to YouTube.

Step 3: Find any open space, on which you have sufficient “elbow room” to perform anticipated backflip.

Step 4: Standing with your feet in a natural standing position, jump up into the air and turn around three hundred and sixty degrees backwards.

Step 5: Bend your knees as you land to absorb the impact.*

Step 6: Post your video on YouTube, to impress your friends.

*alternate method is to land directly on your face, however in order to brag that such a landing constituted a backflip, one would proably have to do it twice. After all, the internet’s just ones and zeros.**

**proceed to step six regardless of which method is used.

Interesting article. I doubt I’d be able to do a back flip, but I know some kids who would give it a try.
