How to Hold Your Breath
Learn how to hold your breath for longer amounts of time.
1. start of by holding your breath and recording wat time u get
2. ok now that you have done that its time to relax. Breath in through your nose, hold for one count and then out through your mouth for 30 seconds.
3. have a 30 second brake and do the same thing, breathing in as deep as u can this time.
4. wait 1 minute
5. now take a big breath and hold it for as long as you can, when you are done record your time, you should improve every time you do it.
tip: if you get dizzy whilst holding your breath you should stop incase you blackout
