Do you really think this is Land of the free? I think we live too close to the water and we’re slowly being sucked in, inch by inch, law after law, losing what freedom we did once have. We the People are drowning in the sea of new laws. Laws that are drowning out the We The Peoples rights.

The rights that  we once had, sure, we still have them somewhere, forever buried in the never ending pile of new laws, laws that confuse us, and are slowly being replaced not with new rights but with new laws. How many of We The People truly understand our rights?  How many of We The People truly understand our laws?

You have the right to remain silent.  Anything that you say can and WILL be used against you in a court of law. All the while their doing everything they can to get you to talk,  they lie, twist the truth, they’ll do anything to get you to break your right to remain silent. 

You have the right to an Attorney, if you cant afford one then one will be appointed to you, if these are We the Peoples rights and laws why cant they be rewritten so that We the People can understand them?  Why do we need to spend every hard earned dime on some kid who went to school for 7 or 8 years and learned ways to bend those laws?  God help you if you cant afford an Attorney, because that Attorney only wants to get that case done with so he or she can find or move on to wealthier clients, guilty or innocent good or bad has nothing to do with it,  but that $$ sign can work miracles.  Right or wrong doesn’t really matter, You have the right to a speedy trial.  Unless the courts are busy, or the prosecutor and Judge along with your own attorney were scheduled to be on the golf course that day.  They don’t even ask you when would court be most conveincent for you, who cares if your baby is sick,  or if your sick or have had an appointment for the dentist that has taken almost a year for you to finally get in to see. Don’t even think of being your own attorney, how dare you try to do what some kid went to school for 7 or 8 years for. 

When your day in Court comes, if it comes, it isn’t yours at all, most of the time not a word comes out of We the Peoples mouths. Our life is on the line, yet the Attorneys and Judge are up there passing the bull, talking and laughing about who won what case last.

We the People cant even talk to a Judge, Your Honor, and all rise? I thought we had no kings in this country? And only ONE GOD,  UNDIVIDED, FOR JUSTICE AND ALL? Who are we? Where are we? Oh yea, in the Land Of The Free.

In this Country, in this world, nothing is for Free.
