Note to Charlie Sheen: We Don’t Care

My opinion on why we shouldn’t care about the problems of celebrities.

We all know about the incident with Charlie Sheen, but the real question is this: do we care?

I for one do not.  Around the time of his incident which pretty much destroyed his career, that scumbag Governor Scott Walker was announcing his plan to strip unions of their bargaining rights.  At the same time, President Obama was planning his attack on Libya and the rest of the Middle East.

But what was the media doing?  The same thing they always do for their corporate masters, they flood the airwaves with garbage like “you need to buy the new Ipad”, “What is Kim Kardashian up to now” or “Stay tuned for the next episode of Real Housewives of the O.C.”.  They try to make people apathetic to the problems with the country, as well as the world, they brainwash people into watching more TV and buying useless filth rather than convince them to get up off their lazy butts and do something useful like reading or even writing a book like I am currently doing.

So in conclusion to Mr.  Sheen, your problems are not as big as that of the rest of the world and many of us who have enough problems with the recession, you have dishonored you father the great Martin Sheen and above all else: I thought you were a very good actor.  I loved you in Disney’ “The Three Musketeers”.
