Military vehicles and Dallas police department vehicles and personnel escorted the 18 wheeler flatbed truck.  Between 9:00 and 9:30 PM, a radio station was inundated by reports of the truck carrying what looked like an unidentified flying object.  It could have been power equipment, military equipment, a storage tank or… a UFO.  There have been reports similar to this one from Russia and Mexico.

This also resembles crashed UFOs in Kecksburg, Pennsylvania, and Wales, in which flying saucers were reported being transported on trucks.  On December 5, 1965, Frances Kalp called radio station WHJB at 6:30PM.  Kalp reported that she saw an object crash in the woods near her house in Kecksburg. WHJB reporter Frank Murphy rushed to the crash site where the State Police informed him that they had searched the woods.

After summoning the military, the State Police issued an official statement.  They had found nothing in the woods.  So, why did they request military assistant?  The area was soon sealed off.  Murphy talked to local witnesses who had investigated before the state authorities arrived.  They had seen an object nine to twelve feet in length, bronze in color. 

The official conclusion of the United States Air Force was that a meteorite had crashed in the woods near Kecksburg that night. But what was the object being hauled off on a flatbed truck?

Another similar incident took place in North Wales on January 23, 1974.  That night, the citizens of Llandrillo heard a loud noise.  Many residents went outside and saw orange and blue lights near the Cader Bronwen mountain.  Local police sealed off the crash site and summoned a nurse.  They saw a UFO when she and her daughters arrived.  Local authorities ordered her to leave the area despite the fact that they had summoned her there in the first place.

Once again, the UFO was transported away, causing the local residents to believe that a military cover up was  being conducted.  It is still not known what happened that night in Wales.

The Mutual UFO Network investigated the Dallas I-20 incident.  They found that a permit had been issued to transport an F-35 aircraft.  The airplane was placed on a flatbed trailer using the landing gears for support.  The F-35 is only 52 feet long and 35 feet wide.  Without the back section or the wing, it is shaped like a saucer. The cover would look green under the highway lights.  So, it looks like the mystery of the Dallas freeway UFO is closed.
