In Oklahoma people who make ugly faces at dogs may be fined or jailed
In Columbus, Ohio it is illegal to sell corn flakes on Sunday
In Omaha, Nebraska if a child burps in a church service his or her parents may be arrested
In Whitehall, Montana it is illegal to drive a vehicle with ice picks attached to the wheels
In Montana, it is a felony for a wife to open her husbands mail
In Florida, an unmarried woman who parachutes on a Sunday will be jailed
In Quitman, Georgia it is illegal for a chicken to cross the road
In Tennessee, it is illegal to use a lasso to catch a fish
In Texas, it is illegal to milk another person’s cow
In Virginia, it is illegal to kick your wife out of bed
In Vermont, It is illegal to whistle under water
In Vermont, it is against the law to deny the existence of God
In Vermont, Women must obtain permission from their husbands to wear dentures
In Tennessee, it is illegal for a woman to call a man for a date
In Virginia, it is illegal to flip a coin in any eating establishment to determine who buys a cup of coffee
In Nebraska, it is illegal for a mother to give her daughter a perm without a state license

Haha idk what this guy is talking about. I though the artle was entertaining and funny even if all of the laws are not real.

i happen to know for a fact that the laws from montana at least are real. ive heard the sherrif tell me some of the strange laws in montana. its also illegal to drive a car down mainstreet in choteau montana because it might scare the horses. nowadays we dont have horses on mainstreet. yes they are old. but who cares? theyre funny to read about.

Here’s one that is in the state of Texas……it is illegal to shoot a buffalo from the second story of a motel.

they r real but old laws
they never changed them or got rid of them so it is still in effect
