The Five Year Old Peruvian Girl: World’s Youngest Mother
In 1939.
A young Indian woman ran into a hospital in Lima, Peru carrying what was her daughter with an abdomen bulging out tremendously. The crazed woman begged the doctor to get rid of the evil spirits she believed were cast into her daughter somehow and that was the reason for the abnormality.
The doctor exaimed in the girl and was shocked to find out that the girl was already 7 and a half months pregnant.

A month and a half later doctors found out that this young girl started her menstruation cycle at a mere 8 months and started breast development at age 4. She gave birth to a healthy 6 lb baby via caesarean section because of such a narrow pelvis.
The boy was named Gerardo and grew up believing that this girl was her sister and at age 10 Gerardo found out who his real mother was.
The father of such a baby was never revealed but experts believe it may have been her own father. No one will know for sure as everyone involved has passed away.
