This story beggars belief. According to Yahoo news, a German newspaper has reported that a man is suing his neighbour for failing to impregnate his wife within a specific period of time with his permission. Yes, this is not a joke.

In Stuttgart, Germany, Demetrius Soupolos, 29, reached an agreement with his neighbour, Frank Maus, 34, to impregnate his former beauty queen wife, Traute, after his own efforts failed as he was sterile. As a good Samaritan, Frank accepted the task and agreed to the job offer/contract for a period of 6 months for a mere 2,000 Euros. Although Frank’s wife objected, he convinced her by explaining that it was “only for the money”.

Unfortunately for Frank, he was unable to get Traute pregnant after 6 months of performing his duty three evenings every week totalling 72 times hence Demetrius insisted that he took a medical examination.

This is where it gets better.

After performing a series of tests, the doctor informed Frank that he was also sterile thus forcing his wife into admitting he was not the Father of their two children. As a result, Demetrius has taken Frank to court in a bid to get his money refunded to him, however, Frank insists that he did not give any guarantee for conception but only said he would try his best which unfortunately was not good enough.
