That one simple statement succinctly, yet so powerfully, states the reach of the words we speak. And it is not just the words we speak out loud that can have a tremendous influence and impact in our lives and the lives of others but also, and perhaps even more importantly, the words we speak to ourselves in our minds.
In his book, What to Say When You Talk to Your Self, Author Shad Helmstetter, outlines how the words we use both internally and externally have a great bearing on our results in life and if you find you’re not getting what you want right now, you might also be using negative words too!
I am a Kickboxer and are doing it for 14 years now and I once had a confrontation with my friend and he told me that I will not make it and that I am very selfish, etc… So I hit him but afterwards I still heard his rage and his words that played oveeer and over in my head. That did much more damage then the punch I gave him.
So remember when you open your mouth, think before you say anything because it can either be for the good or the bad. And when you released those words know that it will return to the one who spoke them.
If you use your words to your advantage try not to speak negatively. Be positive at all times and yes there will be times when all odds are against you when it comes to forces that attacks you. We are spiritual beings and the first that gets attack when you are in any difficult situation is your faith.
