It is September 2009, and studies have recently been done that show that every one in three homes in American have at least one cannabis user in them!

That is amazing. So for every three houses you can count in your community of thousands of people, you have just located another happy hemp & Cannabis user..

What was even worse, he had a system by which his dispenser sold medical certificates. A person who wanted a day off from work could buy a medical certificate without even seeing the doctor. Sometimes, patients were given addictive pills and because lifelong contributors to his wealth. People with skin conditions were given standard ointment which cured them temporarily. But they were soon back as their rashes oreczema flared up again.
