10 Things You Always Seem to Lose
Here are ten items that you always seem to misplace.
Do you ever lose something? You had it a minute ago and then it vanished. It was sucked up in that great black hole of the living room or the family room. Here are ten items that easily fit the description of lost and gone forever:
- The watch that you’ve had since you were a teenager. It’s gone. Did the dog swallow it?
- The winter gloves or mittens that you could have sworn were in your winter coat pocket yesterday.
- Your car keys that suddenly have vanished from your desk drawer. Oops, where is my spare set?
- Your blotchy green tie. Did it truly disappear or did your wife donate it to the Salvation Army?
- Your bowling trophy from ten years ago. Now I’m certain that my wife threw it away in the garbage.
- Your antique necklace from your dear grandma. It wasn’t worth much and yet it was priceless.
- Your hairbrush with the initals L.P. My God, what am I going to do? I need my hairbrush now!
- Your famous picture of dogs playing poker. “Honey, did you accidentally put my precious picture of the dogs playing poker in the attic?”
- Your notes for the test you are taking tomorrow. Don’t panic! The test is only worth half your grade.
- Three pairs of black socks that were in your middle drawer yesterday. All you have left are two pairs of mismatched socks.

I know what you mean. Nice writing.
Haha, true indeed. Some stuff I know I’ve lost are the gloves, test notes and of course, who hasn’t lost car keys (although that refers to my dad)…Nice article with a bit of intended humour
