Interesting but not entirely accurate. Venus is not the only planetary exception to the counterclockwise rotation rule. Uranus is tilted on its side about 90° so its direction of rotation is ambiguous. Its angle of inclination is usually given at 98°. So basically the rotation of Uranus is perpendicular to the plane of the ecliptic, and therefore cannot be consider either clockwise or counterclockwise.
