Several emergency room staff fainted. The staff were ordered to remove all emergency room patients to the parking lot. A skeleton crew stayed inside to try to stabilize Gloria. Forty-five minutes after she was brought to the hospital, she died of kidney failure that was related to her cancer. After two top scientists were put on the case, they concluded the hospital staff probably suffered from mass hysteria, since they didn’t have enough evidence to prove otherwise. There was a lot of doubt.
