Who has been the greatest president of the United States? We have 43 presidents to select from, and I have to say that Abraham Lincoln tops them all. If you would think that he wouldn’t have signed the Emancipation Proclamation, our 44th president probably wouldn’t be president or maybe wouldn’t have been born. Some of you would not go to school or enter a public restroom. Slaves would still be moving around and there is nothing anyone can do about it. Abraham accomplished many things from the Civil War, to the Gettysburg Address, and to the Emancipation Proclamation. Abraham Lincoln was not scared or frighten of what would happen, but he was strong and freed the slaves.

I do not know of any other president that has made such a huge change of history nor a president that has had such a great intelligence and that has overcome American difficulties like he did. Many see him as any other president, but have they seen accomplishments or have they seen controversies that Lincoln fixed. His way has changed how the United States are today. It has changed a race and has changed how African Americans see life. Look at America, look at our president. How did all this started? Who started it? Abraham Lincoln has made this America, he has made who you are. Before, people would see African American like slaves and like people that deserve to work. How do you see them today? Malcolm X, Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr., Barack Obama, and many more. How did they become who they are or were? The answer, Abraham Lincoln.
