Some people just know how to make the dough.

Every wish sometimes that you could just win the lottery, or get rich quick? Well these guys got rich on their own, and got very successful. The five wealthiest men in the world are Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, Carlos Slim Helu, Lawrence Ellison, and Ingvar Kamprad. So how did these men make all the money?

Bill Gates is the inventor of the operating system Windows. With this invention, the computer took off to a new age, allowing money to flow into this man’s hand. Bill is valued at more than 40 billion yes BILLION dollars. Fortunately, this man is a man of giving. Gates is a philanthropist, and gives huge amounts of money to various charities.

Warren Buffet, 79, is the second wealthiest man in the world valued at 37 billion dollars. Born in Omaha, Nebraska, this man is a philanthropist, businessman, and investor. Most of his money was made from buying stocks in Berkshire Hathaway.

The third most wealthy man is Carlos Slim Helu. He is estimated to be worth 35 billion dollars. Telecommunications is where this man made most of his money. He has substantial influence over a lot of Mexico and some of Latin America.

The fourth most wealthy man is Lawrence Ellison.  Ellison is an entreprenuer, and founder of Oracle, a software company. Valued at 22.5 billion dollars, this man knows how to make money.

The fifth wealthiest man in the world is the wealthiest in all of Europe. Swedish entreprenuer Ingvar Kamprad is valued at 22 billion dollars. He is the founder of IKEA. As a boy he started his own business buying and reselling matches at a profit. From there he moved to fish.
