I have constructed a guide with a few tip’s on how you can tell what a person is really thinking even though they don’t say it. These are also great ways to tell if a person is lying. First the most well known way for telling what a person is thinking is watching there eye movements. Expert’s believe you can tell alot about what people are thinking by watching there eyes when asked a question.

• When people look to the left  there constructing an sound or noise in there head
• When somebody looks left there  remembering a sound or noise as oppose to creating it in there head
• When somebody is looking up and to the left there creating a visual image in there head
• When a person is looking up and to the right there remembering an image
• When someone looks down and to the left there remembering the sound,taste or feeling of something
• When people look down and to the right there talking to them selfs in there head
• If somebody is looking straight down while answering a question is usually a sign there lying and/or there ashamed.

Here on some tips that can help you determine wether or not somebody is telling you the truth.

• If somebody smiles and only there lips move and nothing else it means there forcing a smile.
• If a person is talking to you while avoiding eye contact there usually lying.
• Somebody lying will keep there hand’s and arms close to there body.
• If somebody is touching there eyes,nose,mouth our ears there usually lying.
• Somebody lying will get defensive.
• Someone who is lying will get uncomfortable when confronted an will usually turn away while responding to accusations. 
• Somebody lying is likely to deflect question’s when being questioned.
• If a person is lying they’ll talk more and talk fast and add many unnecessary details.
• If someone’s lying they’ll respond to a question with a question.

Your mouth can also be a dead give away.

• If someone’s lips a puckered it usually means they like you or there recalling something bitter
• Biting your lips mean your anxious or your angry
• If a person’s lips are pursed it means they don’t approve or there worried you would probably get this look if you offended somebody.
• If somebody is looking  at your mouth it means they don’t understand you.

People are subconsciously communicating with there body’s all the time.

• When somebody’s arms are crossed there usually upset,angry,uncomfortable or they disapprove. It may also mean there hiding something from you if there doing this while there speaking.
• If somebody  is rubbing there chin most of the time there thinking.
• If somebody stands with there legs crossed there usually shy.
• If there legs are spread wider then there shoulder length there confident.
• When somebody’s eyebrows are raised usually there surprised. (I think everybody could have figured that out with out my help)
• Somebody tapping there fingers is usually frustrated.
• If somebody’s pupils are dilated it could mean there focused or interested. (Or it could mean there high)

Why do people have there hand’s in there pockets?

• Because there uncomfortable or nervous
• There trying not to do something with there hands or there trying to break a nervous habit.
• They could be bored.
