4. Idi Amin Dada – He was the president of Uganda from 1971-1979. He was responsible for 80,000 – to half a million deaths. The people that died during his time of president, died threw tortured or imprisonment.

3.Pol Pot – He was prime minister of Cambodia from 1976-1979. The combined effect of slave labour, malnutrition, poor medical care and executions is estimated to have killed around 2 million Cambodians or (1 third of the population).

2. Adolf Hitler – He became Chancellor of Germany in 1933 then becoming fuhrer in 1934, committing suicide 11 years later in 1945. Hitler was responsible for 10 million deaths, racial subjugation, and starting the second world war.

1. Joseph Stalin – He was General Secretary of the soviet union’s central committee from 1922-1953. Ukraine suffered from a huge famine, which costed the life’s of approximately 5 million people, the famine was caused from political decisions made by Stalin. Including the famine, Stalin ordered a killing of anyone who seemed to be an enemy of the state. In total Stalin was the cause of approximately 15-60 million deaths.
