u can overtake last person as long as ur in front of them. if its a race around a track, then ur a lap ahead of them
Not to be big headed or anything… but I got all of those questions. Oh, and the second question, “If you overtake the last person, what place are YOU’RE on now?” was ironic.

well I got the first right but had heard it before so.. and i have heard the last before and yet I could not answer it!! ;D guess i have no logical sense!

got all 3 right… if your life depends on answering those questions right, you would probably get them right, but the Internet makes people dumber than they really are. Most people use Internet for everything else other than being smarter, that’s my opinion.

I got them all, because i have read them before.
But the second question is kind if wrong, if you are in a race, and you’re on first place you can still overtake the last person, then you lead by a round.

i got these all right. is this honestly supposed to be difficult? this is super easy and you would have to be 2 years old to have a legitimate reason to be getting these answers wrong.
The second is kinda flawed, as you can imagine different ways it is possible. and i it is not possible, the question is faulty to begin with.
othrwise got them rigth, not very hard.
Depends on your point of view… Referencing the person as 2nd after saying “you overtake” and then saying “which place *are* you in” suggests they’re already behind you, making you 1st.
It would be better worded “which place *will* you be in”.
I got only 1, doh! I suppose I shouldn’t have smoked so much marijuana in college. Must have used up necessary brain cells to answer these questions..lol.

I got all right. Technically 2 if you’re only counting 1st tries. I got the 1st wrong, but BEFORE seeing the answer corrected myself.

I got 2 correct. I figured, the only way you could pass the person in last, is if you lap them (in which case, there is no knowing what place your in…)

Love the people making excuses about the second question and trying to claim it’s poorly worded! Just accept it got you (it got me!)
Anyway, those people saying ‘oh you can overtake them, you can lap them’ – that’s not overtaking in the positional sense because it doesn’t alter where you would finish in the race. Semantics, people, it works
