Sentence Puzzles

 Each sentence says something, but some of them you might not understand. I put the meaning of each. I hope you can figure them out yourself!

  Why get even, when you can get odd?(Means: why match someone else when you can pass them?)

 People that think they know everything are annoying to those of us who do.(Means: They think they know everything, but they don’t. It’s annoying)

  The early-bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.(Means: the bird, that arrives first, eats the worm. The first mouse gets snapped, and the second mouse eats the cheese.)

  There are 3 types of people, those who can count and those who can’t.(Means: there are only two types of people, however, the person who said that cant count.)

 Gravity always gets me down.(Means:Gravity pulls you down.)

 I’ll back down, but I won’t back up.(Means: back up and back down sometimes mean the same thing.)

 If I didn’t make this message, someone would have.(Means:This message would exist if I created it or not.)

 7/5 people don’t understand fractions.(Means: that particular person does not understand fractions.)
