These are random and interesting facts about planet earth.
Earth is the only planet in the solar system not named after a god, and is the densest planet in the solar system.
Earth is actually shaped like an egg not a sphere.
The earths equator is actually growing fatter very slowly.
Earth is getting a lot heavier every year.
Nearly a thousand tons of space dust land on it annually.
Accelerated melting of glaciers is what makes the equatorial growth happen.

Never thought about all the other planets being named after gods. Makes one wonder who did the naming,Huh.
Interesting to note that Earth isn’t named after a god and that we’re getting heavier.
